In the following weekend getaway we would be visiting the caves of Ajanta and Ellora, which are the world heritage sites of India. We would also visit the Daulatabad fort. It will be a different and a photographic and even informative journey.

Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 : MUMBAI - AURANGABAD - ELLORA CAVES

On the first day of the journey, we would pick up from desired location in Mumbai and transfer you to railway/ airport station for a trip to Aurangabad. As we reach Aurangabad, you will be driving straight to Ellora caves. Then we will see the Daultabad fort and Ellora caves. After that we will be checking in the hotel. Overnight stay and dinner in the hotel.

DAY 2 : AJANTA CAVES

Today we will be investing our day in the caves of Ajanta. The caves of Ajanta are bold and beautiful sculptures from the 6 th and 7 th century BC. These are the true depiction of the theory of KAMASUTRA originated in India. After spending a good amount of time in alluring and photographing the place we would head back to the hotel. The evening would be free at leisure. Night stay and dinner in the hotel.

DAY 3 : AURANGABAD - MUMBAI

In the morning we would be driving to Aurangabad and from their our agent would be transferring us to the railway station/ airport to reach to Mumbai, for onboard journey. This Mumbai Ajanta Weekend trip ends here.
