Day 01 : Delhi – Arrival

As you arrive at the Delhi airport representative of Travelsite India would take you to the hotel pre-booked for you. Stay at the hotel for the night and relax.

Day 02 : Delhi

This day would be dedicated to complete all the formalities for the climbing expedition as you meet the Indian Mountaineering Foundation. Retire to the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.

Day 03 : Delhi – Rishikesh

As you have your breakfast we would move to Rishikesh and upon arrival check into the hotel pre-boked for you. Explore the vicinity as the evening is free for leisure. Retire to the hotel and stay for the night. Dine and relax.

Day 04 : Rishikesh – Uttarkashi

As you have your breakfast we would move to Uttarkashi. As you arrive there, check into the hotel and stay there for the night. In the evening you can go about exploring the place. Retire to the hotel. Dine and relax.

Day 05 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri

This day would start as we drive from Uttarkashi to Gangotri by covering a distance of about 90kms. As you arrive at Gangotri, check in to the hotel pre-booked for you. The day is free to indulge in individual activities. Explore the vicinity as you get used to the climate and the altitude of the place. By the evening visit the Gangotri temple. Retire to the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.

Day 06 : Trek Gangotri – Bhojwassa

This day would mark the beginning of our trekking tour as we move to Bhojwassa and walk along the banks of River Bhagirathi. Look out for the picturesque views of hills which would be laden with snow. As you cover a distance of 14Kms you will reach Bhojwassa. Upon arrival, set up your camp and stay.

Day 07 : Bhojwassa – Gaumukh – Tapovan Base Camp

As you start your day, trek towards Gaumukh today. Have your breakfast and trek towards Gaumukh for about 5Kms. This is the origin place of Ganga, as we halt at Gaumukh for a short time. Start your trek to towards Tapovan, which is going to be a trek of 3 to 4 hours approx. This would serve as the base camp of the trek to Shivling peak.

Day 08 - Day 30 : BC – Summit – BC

Attempt the summit bid as you trek along. Take rest at the campsites from time to time.

Day 31 : Base Camp – Chirbasa

A Travelsite India representative would meet you at the base camp from where you will be take to Chirbasa. Upon arrival, stay at the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.

Day 32 : Chirbasa – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Cover a stretch of 8kms to reach Gangotri, which would almost take 3-4Hours. Upon arrival at Gangotri, get ready to move to Uttarkashi as we drive from Gangotri, on the same day. As you reach Uttarkashi, check into the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.

Day 33 : Uttarkashi – Rishikesh

Drive to Rishikesh today from Uttarkashi and upon arrival, check into the hotel for the night. Dine and relax.

Day 34 : Rishikesh – Delhi

Today we would drive from Rishikesh to Delhi as we have our breakfast. As you arrive at Delhi, Check into the hotel pre-booked for you by Travelsite India and stay there for the night. Dine and relax

Day 35 : Delhi – Departure

As you have your breakfast, visit the IMF for debriefing. Explore Delhi as the day is kept free. In the evening board a flight to your home country. Your service with Travelsite India ends here.
